Returns
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received
If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund after receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The order arrived damaged
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
